As we all begin to return to our activities following the easing of lockdown, we're pleased to announce that Sarah will be running yoga classes on the Village Green outside the Community Hall over the next few weeks, as well as in the Hall itself.
Details of the classes are as follows:
Flow Yoga (Outdoors)
1hour & 15 minutes
Cardio Blast (aerobic based session)
Power UP (Combining aerobic & body weight exercises)
